Seyran Ohanyan under investigation: fight against opposition reaches new level

Seyran Ohanyan, leader of the “Armenia” opposition faction, is at the Investigative Committee, where he is being interrogated within the framework of a previously opened criminal case, Pastinfo reports.

According to the outlet, Ohanyan may face charges today.

As previously reported, the National Assembly stripped Ohanyan of his parliamentary immunity yesterday, following a petition from the Armenian Prosecutor General that was approved by the legislature.
