Vardan and Spartak Ghukasyan delivered to court

At the moment, Vardan Ghukasyan and his son are in court. A few days ago, an additional charge of hooliganism was added to the criminal cases against the arrested mayor of Gyumri and his son.

This marks the third accusation against Vardan Ghukasyan since October. Earlier, Ghukasyan Jr., who had been under house arrest, was arrested for two months.

The new charge is connected with crude and insulting remarks that father and son directed at those accusing them of bribery, during the conclusion of proceedings in the Anti-Corruption Court.

In another case under review, Ghukasyan Sr. is accused of abuse of official position, fraud, and money laundering, while Spartak Ghukasyan, according to law enforcement, assisted his father.
