Eduard Spertsyan most productive player in Russian Premier League over past five seasons

Krasnodar midfielder Eduard Spertsyan has set the record for the number of assists delivered from corners and free kicks in a single Russian Premier League season, according to the statistics portal Opta Sports.

The statistics have been tracked since 2009. He registered his seventh assist from a corner in the match against Krylia Sovetov.

Spertsyan is also the most productive player in the RPL over the past five seasons, with 80 goal contributions in 127 matches since the 2021/22 season (48 goals and 32 assists).
