Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan’s detention extended by two months

The court has extended the detention of the leader of the “Sacred Struggle” movement, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, for another two months.

The decision was made by Judge Karen Farkhoyan, who granted the prosecutor’s motion.

Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, along with 17 supporters, was arrested in June last year on charges of preparing a terrorist act and attempting an armed seizure of power.
