U.S. President Donald Trump said on his Truth Social account that he had accepted 10 demands from Iran ahead of a two-week ceasefire.

“A great day for peace around the world! Iran wants this, they’ve had enough! As has everyone else! The United States of America will help resolve the transportation bottleneck in the Strait of Hormuz. We are expecting many positive developments! Enormous wealth will be generated. Iran will be able to begin rebuilding. We will start stockpiling supplies of all kinds and simply remain nearby to ensure everything is going as it should. I am confident that it will. Just like here in America, this could become the Golden Age of the Middle East!”

According to him, Tehran предложил him 10 points that “constitute an acceptable basis for negotiations.” The two-week period is intended for finalizing a peace agreement in the Middle East.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, in turn, published on his X page a list of 10 points that, according to him, the United States has agreed to.

The list includes:

a commitment to non-aggression;

maintaining Iran’s control over the Strait of Hormuz;

consent to uranium enrichment;

lifting all primary sanctions;

lifting all secondary sanctions;

termination of all United Nations Security Council resolutions;

termination of all IAEA Board of Governors resolutions;

payment of compensation to Iran;

withdrawal of U.S. troops from the region;

ending the war on all fronts, including the war against Hezbollah in Lebanon.
