Matsak Matosyan, head of the “Armenia” bloc’s Spitak office, will not be arrested, he has been released from the courtroom. This was announced by Alexander Kochubaev, his attorney.
He stated that the decision was made by the Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by judge Sargis Petrosyan.
The RA authorities had accused Matosyan of pre-election violations in Spitak. Kochubaev emphasized that campaigning during an election campaign is both permissible and necessary.
