Deputy head of Spitak administration strikes journalist’s camera after being asked why he is not at work

Artak Matosyan, deputy head of the Spitak administration, was provoked by a question from a Radio Azatutyun journalist asking why he was at a campaign rally during working hours. He responded to the correspondent rudely and struck the video camera.
