Arrested David Ghazinyan files suit against the CEC

David Ghazinyan, a representative of the “Strong Armenia” party, has filed a lawsuit with the administrative court demanding that the Central Electoral Commission’s decisions, on the basis of which consent was granted to initiate criminal proceedings against him and deprive him of his liberty, be declared invalid, and that the election results likewise be declared invalid or a second round of voting be scheduled.
