Even as we speak, the second President of Armenia and his son have been detained, and investigative actions are now underway. This was stated in parliament by Anna Grigoryan, head of the “Armenia” faction, who called what is happening political persecution.

“These detentions will probably be followed by arrests too. Write about me as well, note where I fall on the list. Do you think that’s a problem for me?” the MP said.

According to Anna Grigoryan, the Armenian people demand justice for Yerablur, for the destruction of Artsakh, and for the loss of the substance of Armenian statehood.

“Sooner or later, the Armenian people will achieve justice. As it is said: blessed are those persecuted for righteousness. We are not afraid of persecution, because we know what we are being persecuted for, in the name of the Republic of Armenia and Armenian statehood,” Anna Grigoryan stated.
