Putin urged not to provoke international conflicts

Countries must do everything to prevent the provocation of armed conflicts in global practice. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of State.

“I would like to remind you that today is September 1. This is the day the Second World War began. We must do everything to eliminate any provocation of armed conflicts from global practice. I am convinced that our work is precisely aimed at achieving this,” the head of the Russian state noted.
