“We are not going to give up the Russian market, we are actively working with our Russian partners”: Gevorg Papoyan

Gevorg Papoyan, Armenia’s economy minister, said on Public Television that the problems raised by the Russian side are being discussed with colleagues from Russia.

“We are not saying that we disagree with this and won’t do anything, but we are offering solutions to all the issues raised,” he said, adding that Armenia is not going to give up the Russian market.

Papoyan assured that during this period, Yerevan has managed to ensure diversification of its exports in a number of areas.
