Arayik Harutyunyan submits his resignation to the Artsakh National Assembly

Arayik Harutyunyan submitted his resignation from the post of president to the National Assembly of Artsakh.

“According to Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh, the President of the Republic Arayik Harutyunyan submitted a resignation letter to the National Assembly on September 1,” the Artsakh National Assembly reports.
