Society of Friendship and Cooperation with Russia founded in Stepanakert

The main goal of the organization is to develop comprehensive ties between Nagorno-Karabakh and Russia. Public figure Garib Babayan was elected Chair of the Society.

“We plan to actively establish ties with our fellow countrymen and friends of Artsakh in Russia. It will be a completely new format of relations, filled with a meaningful and working agenda. Without the active participation of our Armenian community in Russia, we will not be able to solve many topical issues and build strong Artsakh-Russian ties,” Babayan said.
