Josep Borrell: There is an urgent need for unimpeded international humanitarian access to Nagorno-Karabakh

High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell commented on the recent explosion of a fuel depot in Artsakh.

“Our thoughts are with the victims of yesterday’s tragic gas explosion and their loved ones.

There is an urgent need for unimpeded international humanitarian access to Nagorno-Karabakh. EU announced additional assistance and ready to do more,” he said on his X account.
