CSTO Secretary General to visit Armenia on December 21

CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov plans to visit Yerevan on December 21 and meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, RIA Novosti reports.

“On December 21, 2023, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov is scheduled to visit Yerevan, where a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan will take place. It is planned to discuss the results of the Joint Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers and the CSTO Security Council held in November 2023 in Minsk,” the statement reads.

The CSTO includes six states: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
