Condemnation of Armenian Genocide must be followed by real consequences, says Adam Schiff

During the congressional stand for Artsakh’s survival and Armenia’s security, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said that the time for strong statements by the US Administration alone had long passed and real consequences must follow.

“As we mark the 109th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide with pledges of never again, the democratic and peaceful Armenian people face threats that echo their darkest days. The time for strong statements by the Administration alone has long passed. Condemnation must be followed by real consequences. Crimes against humanity cannot be ignored and cannot go unanswered,” he said.
