I am inclined to think that a change of power in Armenia is possible through elections, and I would advise voters to be guided by reason rather than emotion. This was said by political technologist Karen Kocharyan in a live broadcast on Alpha News, in response to a question about whether a change of power in the country through elections is possible. Speaking about the post-election period, Kocharyan emphasized that people take to the streets only when they feel deceived and believe that the figures published by the Central Electoral Commission do not reflect reality.

Responding to a question about whether the visit of Europeans to Armenia could affect the ruling authorities’ ratings, the political technologist noted that it is necessary to monitor opinion polls and compare them with previous data.

“To say that this will have no effect at all would be wrong. But to claim that after this voters will forget about everyone else and remember only Pashinyan is also incorrect. We need to watch the nearest opinion polls and compare them with previous data,” Kocharyan noted.

Touching on Armenian-Russian relations following the 8th summit of the European Political Community, Kocharyan noted that the problem lay not with the Europeans, but with Zelensky’s presence in Armenia and his statements.

He also added that the Russian Federation is an unpredictable country, and anything can be expected from it.
