On October 1, during its annual gathering in Beverly Hills, the Armenian Cultural Foundation announced that it would allocate $1 million to the displaced Artsakh Armenians.

The key topic of the event was the ongoing crisis in Artsakh and Armenia. Each and every one of the more than 350 people who attended the event was committed to advancing the mission of the ACF, which has been providing assistance to communities in Armenia, Artsakh and Javakhk, as well as communities in Lebanon and Syria for more than four decades.

Chair of the Foundation Avedik Izmirlian said during the meeting that the organization had already begun the process of finding the best possible ways to help those in need.

“As a nation, we are witnessing the tragic exodus of Armenians from Artsakh and the loss of an important part of our homeland, which poses an existential threat to Armenia. Our enemy’s aggression and incursion into our territory continue fanning the flames of domestic instability,” he stressed.
