Azerbaijanis kidnapped a 22-year-old Artsakh citizen from the Hakari bridge

Azerbaijanis kidnapped 22-year-old Alen Sargsyan shortly before the group of Artsakh citizens were transported to Armenia through the Hakari Bridge through the mediation of Russian peacekeepers. According to the information headquarters of Artsakh, no reliable information about the reasons for the kidnapping is yet known.

Alen Sargsyan is a student who was going to Yerevan to continue his studies.

“Azerbaijan continues its genocidal policy towards the people of Artsakh, once again violating the norms of international humanitarian law. The details of the incident will be revealed later,” the statement issued by the headquarters says.

Earlier, on July 29, Azerbaijani board guards kidnapped Vagif Khachatryan, 68, from the illegal checkpoint on the Hakari bridge.
