The march, with the demand to stop the delimitation process, continues. Yesterday, the marchers, led by the Primate of the Tavush Diocese, Bagrat Srbazan, moved from Solak village in the Kotayk region to the town of Charentsavan. The Alpha News team covered the march on the spot and talked with citizens about the goals of their struggle.

Bagrat Srbazan noted that the movement will lead to victory.

“After humiliation, loss of value, identity, and national spiritual image, this movement will lead to liberation. We have come to bring peace and stability. This is a march of self-purification and self-discovery,” he said.

When asked if they demand the change of government, Bagrat Srbazan noted:

“We are not involved in politics, but the harbinger of war is trying to blame people for inciting it. The authorities’ job should be to pursue the country’s interests at the negotiating table so that people do not feel humiliated or insulted. But they are not doing this; that is, there is no government. If there is no government, what should we change?”
