Edward Ghazaryan’s The Road to Lachin to be screened in Germany

Russian director Edward Ghazaryan’s short film, The Road to Lachin, was selected for the program of the 48th Grenzland-Filmtage Selb International Film Festival, which will be held in Germany from April 24 to 27.

The Road to Lachin is the second short film by Edward Ghazaryan, a graduate of the Institute of Cinema and Television.

The film’s protagonists are Arsen, an Armenian, and Fati, an Azerbaijani, who get into an accident on a mountainous road. While waiting for the inspectors, they get acquainted with each other and uncover the circumstances of their lives, which turn out to be tragically intertwined.
