Shots fired at Artsakh presidential residence

On August 28, at 03:05 a.m., a police officer of the Artsakh police regiment reported that an armed attack took place in February 20 Street of Stepanakert in the direction of the residence of the President of the Republic of Artsakh. The operational group of the Stepanakert city police department detained two intoxicated citizens, residents of Stepanakert, T.H. (born in 1983) and A. A. (born in 1981).

Police officers found out that at night around 03:00, by prior agreement and under the influence of alcohol, they approached the presidential residence and opened fire on the building and security personnel serving on the territory. The prepared materials have been sent to the Investigative Committee. A criminal case has been opened.
