US and Turkey support peace process between Yerevan and Baku: Fidan

The US and Turkey support the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the Caucasus. This was stated by Hakan Fidan, Head of Turkey’s Foreign Ministry, according to local media reports.

“We are already cooperating on regional and global issues from the Middle East to the Caucasus and the Balkans. Our countries also seek to reduce the risks of escalating tensions in the Black Sea, to ensure the safety of shipping, and to make the Black Sea a source of cooperation rather than a source of problems,” he noted.
