World-renowned tenor Rolando Villazón and harpist Xavier de Maistre to perform in Armenia

The world-renowned tenor Rolando Villazón and harpist Xavier de Maistre will perform in Armenia for the first time as part of the 24th Yerevan Perspectives International Music Festival, the press service of the festival reports.

On November 12, Rolando Villazón and Xavier de Maistre will present the Latin Serenade program to the Armenian audience at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall.

Rolando Villazón is one of the most famous performers of his generation and is considered one of the best tenors in the world. He has recorded more than 20 CDs and videos, sold more than 2 million albums worldwide, and won numerous awards.

He frequently collaborates with the world’s leading orchestras and conductors, including the outstanding Daniel Barenboim and Yannick Nézet-Séguin.
