As ICC member Armenia must investigate missile attack on Ganja, says Azerbaijani presidential aide

As a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Armenia must investigate the missile attack on Ganja, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, said in a post on X.

“17 Oct 2020/2nd deadliest ballistic missile attack hit Ganja. Killing of civilians by Armenia with ballistic missile attacks wasn’t sporadic act or collateral damage but deliberate policy of terror and murder. As ICC member Armenia must investigate these war crimes,” he said.
