Putin and Pashinyan not scheduled to meet in St. Petersburg

Russian President Vladimir Putin will travel to Leningrad region on December 26 to attend the upcoming Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting that will be chaired by Nikol Pashinyan, Putin’s aide Yuri Ushakov announced.
“On December 26, in the Igora spa complex in Leningrad region, our president will participate in the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting, which will be chaired by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan,” Ushakov said, adding that the presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will also attend the meeting. Uzbekistan and Cuba will participate as observers.
Ushakov also said that no separate bilateral meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is planned in St. Petersburg.
