‘It is obvious that the audio recordings have been edited’ – Archbishop Bagrat’s lawyer

Hovhannes Khudoyan, the lawyer representing Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan—who is accused in connection with the “Holy Struggle” movement—claims that the audio recordings released by the Investigative Committee as part of the ongoing criminal case have been edited.

Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan and several of his supporters were arrested on June 25 following large-scale searches and detentions. The Investigative Committee reported that the arrests were related to the prevention of an attempted armed seizure of power.
