What is happening in Armenia stems from fear of losing power — Stepan Davtyan

Alpha News spoke with Armenian cultural figure Stepan Davtyan about the events related to the authorities’ attack on the Church. In his opinion, there is no sphere in Armenia where there is no absurdity.

According to Davtyan, today the authorities are conducting anti-state activities, attacking the Church.

“What is happening now in Armenia stems from the fear of losing power,” he said.

Davtyan expressed confidence that in the upcoming elections the authorities will not be able to gain enough votes to be re-elected.

“Of course, they can falsify elections, but not every crime is easily digested,” Davtyan added.
