“If the plant doesn’t reopen, we’ll block the roads”: Araratcement employee

Employees of the “Araratcement” plant, owned by Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the “Prosperous Armenia” party, are holding a protest on the premises of the enterprise.

According to one of the employees, they will not receive their wages due to the plant’s closure.

“We all have loans, and the banks won’t wait until the workers are paid their salaries. We demand that the plant resume operations. If this doesn’t happen, we will block the roads,” she said.
