Operating under the Ministry of High-Tech Industry, Haypost CJSC continues to rely on outdated methods. This was stated by Harutyun Mnatsakanyan, a deputy from the “Strong Armenia” faction, during a speech at the National Assembly, commenting on the quality of the company’s service.

The deputy noted that in its work, Haypost continues to use “19th-century approaches.” As an average citizen and an exporter of goods to Europe, Mnatsakanyan spoke about his own unsuccessful experience trying to send important documents and noted that the process ran into a number of systemic problems.

According to Mnatsakanyan, it is precisely as a result of such incompetent management that the company operates at enormous losses, ranging from 500 million to 1 billion drams. “And with this 19th-century approach, do we expect Haypost to operate profitably? That’s impossible,” the deputy emphasized.
