Armenian society must recognize that peace is important for both Armenian and Azerbaijani society: Bayramov

Jeyhun Bayramov, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, has addressed the issue of finalizing the peace agreement.

According to Azerbaijani media, he made the remarks at a joint press conference with Tom Berendsen, Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

“Azerbaijan demonstrated its goodwill at the historic Washington summit. Our country is also taking unilateral steps so that everyone can see the real results of the peace process. However, there are internal issues in Armenia. We are observing the process. Armenian society must recognize and understand that peace is an important issue both for it and for Azerbaijani society,” Bayramov said.
