Mkrtchyan to publicly apologize to Samvel Karapetyan for social media insults – lawyer

Government propagandist Harutyun Mkrtchyan will publicly apologize to businessman Samvel Karapetyan for insults, lawyer Vardan Aloyan announced.

“The court determined that Harutyun Mkrtchyan’s Facebook post contained offensive expressions, for which he is obliged to make a public apology. The ruling will take legal effect in one month,” the lawyer said.
