Preliminary hearing in “Multi Wellness” lawsuit against the cadastre to take place next year

The preliminary hearing in the lawsuit filed by “Multi Wellness” company against the cadastre will take place next year.

The company applied to the administrative court seeking to invalidate the state registration by the Cadastre Committee that terminated its rights to property located at 11 Aleq Manukyan Street, and transferred it to the jurisdiction of the Yerevan Municipality.
