“Now we are effectively seeing Pashinyan’s proposal”: Tigran Abrahamyan

Speaking to journalists outside the home of Samvel Karapetyan, Tigran Abrahamyan, Secretary of the Strong Armenia parliamentary faction, said that a few days ago the Prime Minister had announced he would come forward with a proposal, and that this proposal now appears to be materialising.

To recall, Pashinyan has said he is able to generate such public pressure around the constitutional referendum that the opposition will be forced to vote for the draft.

“In any case, Aliyev’s constitution will not be adopted. We will say ‘no’ to Aliyev’s constitution and ‘yes’ to Armenia’s independence,” the MP said.
