‘The Black Garden’ by French Armenian photographer and filmmaker Alexis Pazoumian saw its world premiere at CPH:DOX, the Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival, on March 19.

As Orer.eu reports, it will soon be screened in Germany and Italy.
The 80-minute movie is a joint project of Solent Productions (France) and Naoko Films (Belgium).

‘The Black Garden’ tells the story of three generations caught in the uncertainty of war in Nagorno-Karabakh. The documentary centers on children Samvel and Avo, a young soldier Eric, a lumberjack and a war veteran Karen.
