Franck Papazian demands National Security Service provide grounds for ban on his entry to Armenia

Franck (Mourad) Papazian, Member of the ARF-D Bureau and Co-chair of the Coordination Council of Armenian Organizations in France, demanded that the National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia provide grounds for banning him from entering the country.

Papazian noted that the lawsuit has been going on for 13 months, and the NSS still has not provided any justification for the ban on his entry to Armenia, adding that the judge in this case has been substituted, but the reasons are not specified.

According to Papazian, a new preliminary court hearing is due to take place on November 23.

He reiterated that he plans to apply to the ECHR to restore his right to enter Armenia.
