The prime minister and Armenia’s entire team are paving the way to a brighter and more independent future for the country. Marco Rubio, U.S. Secretary of State, said this during joint statements with Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

“We continue to develop our relations. We also signed the Charter of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, which defines the framework of bilateral ties and opens a new path that brings benefits to both Armenians and Americans,” he emphasized.

To recap, a framework agreement on strategic cooperation under the Trump Road to International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project had previously been pre-signed. In addition, the parties signed the Charter of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, as well as a framework memorandum on cooperation in the field of critical minerals and rare resources supply.
