Paris to continue defense cooperation with Yerevan — French FM

France will continue cooperation with Armenia in the defense sphere, French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Stéphane Séjourné said in a joint press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in Yerevan.

“Armenia must be able to defend its territory, its integrity, and its population. Cooperation between friends is natural in this area as well. We do it with respect for sovereignty and without any aspirations for escalation,” Séjourné emphasized.
