Speaking with Alpha News, Russian political analyst Rafael Ordukhanyan noted that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is an enemy not only of the Russian people but, based on the events of recent years, of the Armenian people as well.

“Pashinyan’s status among the political establishment, journalists, experts, and political analysts is absolutely unambiguous. He is a Judas and a traitor, and he will never get rid of this status. Pashinyan is an enemy of Russia, Pashinyan is an enemy of the entire Russian people, and this is expressed quite concretely in the actions of Armenia’s current political establishment. I think the withdrawal of Russian border guards from Zvartnots airport is only the beginning of the process. In the near future, I believe, the Gyumri base will be withdrawn, and then the border guards will have to leave the border as well. Pashinyan now seeks to open the Armenian-Turkish border very quickly. But I believe he needs to be prevented from doing so. I don’t know if he has read history textbooks—they say he has an incomplete university education or he didn’t finish his studies—but if he simply reads the history of the last few centuries, he will realize that only grief, tears, and blood have always flowed across this Armenian-Turkish border. As far back as I can remember, that was exactly the case. If he wants to open this border as soon as possible, so be it. But I really hope that the Armenian people will say their word, at least in some form.

When talking about the so-called annexation, I can only advise you to read Hovhannes Tumanyan, or rather, read the wonderful novel ‘Wounds of Armenia’ by Khachatur Abovyan. Let him read it; all the events of 1826–1828 are described very well there. Abovyan wrote everything correctly about who helped, who came to the aid of the Armenian people. If he is too lazy to read any historical documents, then at least he should read this book. Maybe then, at least, his brain will start working. I want to say this again, and this applies to those political scientists who said that he was allegedly pro-Russian. This man has never been considered a friend of Russia in his life and will never be. I think he is not a friend of the Armenian people either. He is Judas, and he will never be able to get rid of this again,” Ordukhanyan stressed.
