Artsakh HRD: This is genocide, the mediators promise us rights and security within Azerbaijan

Artsakh HRD Gegham Stepanyan told News.am that genocide is being carried out in Artsakh at the moment.

“This is genocide, nothing else. And the mediators promise us rights and security within Azerbaijan,” he said.

Earlier, it was reported that on September 19, at around 13:00, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the contact line by launching missile artillery strikes.
