Ruben Vardanyan: “There is a massive shelling in Stepanakert”

Former Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan reported in his telegram channel about the shelling of the Artsakh capital by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

“There is a massive shelling in Stepanakert,” Vardanyan wrote.

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced the start of military operations in the Republic of Artsakh.

“In order to restore the constitutional order of Azerbaijan, local anti-terrorist measures have been launched in Karabakh,” the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said in a statement. A number of telegram channels also reported that Baku had closed its airspace to all Armenian aircraft.
